Support you can count on. Our friendly support team on hand 24/7.

We deliver support with kindness and genuine compassion. We honour each person’s choices, prioritising dignity and quality of life in everything we do. Care is not just what we do, it’s how we do it.

We believe everyone deserves to live life on their own terms. We support each person with kindness and respect as they build independence, maintain wellbeing, and work toward what matters most to them.

Strong outcomes come from teamwork. We work closely with participants, families, and stakeholders to ensure consistent, quality support — and we value our staff, because supported teams deliver better care.

At Vine Care, we’re here to take some of that weight off, supporting you and your loved ones to get back to living life on your own terms.
Our supports include:
We know support is personal, which is why building trust with the people you welcome into your life is so important to us. Every person’s journey is different, which is why we provide supports that are personal, respectful, and aligned with individual choice. We work closely with participants, families, and their stakeholders to ensure every support plan is individualised and delivered with care.
To maintain the highest standard of personalised care, we currently support participants who are:
• Adults (18+) of age
• Funded under the NDIS - managed by a registered plan manager and privately funded
• Requiring a minimum of 3 hours per support visit
• Living with a physical disability, receiving palliative and end of life care
Each enquiry is reviewed to ensure our team can provide the appropriate level of care, expertise, and continuity of support.

Vine Care Services Pty Ltd was created from a very personal place. The heart behind Vine Care comes from the Director’s late mother, MARIA LOVINE NAUER-TUPU mostly known as VINE TAITO VAAULU-TUPU, and the life she lived. One built on kindness, strength, acts of service and standing up for those in need.
Vine was someone who cared passionately for her community, someone who advocated for individuals experiencing homelessness, unemployment, financial hardship or a listening ear when times were tough. Her dedication to supporting her community was so strong that she carried out this work voluntarily, driven purely by compassion and care for others. She was known for her kindness, honesty, and willingness to help those in need. .
The legacy is what Vine Care is built on. Vine Care is here to carry forward those values into the way support services are delivered. We believe support should feel kind, respectful, and genuine. At Vine Care, we believe support is about listening, building trust, and supporting people to live life on their own terms.
Led by a Director (Hermine Tupu) with 20+ years of combined industry and lived experience, and a strong connection to the aged and disability sector, Hermine continues her mother’s legacy through Vine Care.
Every part of Vine Care reflects the legacy of Vine, her kindness, her strength, and her belief in advocating and looking after those in need. Through our work, we aim to ensure that the care and advocacy she gave so freely continues on, making a real difference in “Caring for the Community”.
Kindness sits at the heart of Vine Care Services Pty Ltd. It guides how we treat the people we support, their families, and each other. We believe care should feel genuine, warm, and respectful. Ats of service is how we show our kindness.
We value strength in all its forms. This includes resilience through challenges, showing up consistently, and standing firm when advocacy is needed. We bring steadiness, courage, and reliability into our work, especially during difficult moments.
We stand alongside the people we support. Advocacy means listening, speaking up, and taking action when needed to ensure individuals are safe, supported, and treated fairly. We are committed to protecting each person’s voice, rights, and best interests.
Every person deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. We honour individual choices, lived experiences, and personal boundaries, and we support people in ways that protect their independence, identity, and right to be heard.
